Born in Montreal in 1943, Jean-Pierre Lafrance studied at the Montreal School of Fine Arts and at Studio Salette before joining sculptor Jordi Bonet’s workshop. During the last thirty five years, he has shown extensively his work in Canada, in the United States, in Mexico and in Europe.
